How to Apply Wild Yam Cream 

1. Clean the Area First
   Wash your hands and the area of skin where you’ll apply the cream.
2. Apply a Small Amount
   Use a pea-sized amount (or as directed on the jar) – a little goes a long way.
3. Massage Into Thin-Skinned Areas
   Rub gently into areas with thinner skin and more blood flow for better absorption. Common application sites include:
   
• Inner arms
• Wrists
• Inner thighs
• Lower abdomen
• Chest
• Neck
4. Rotate Application Sites. Don’t apply to the same spot every time. Rotate areas to avoid skin irritation and enhance effectiveness.
